Billing and Doctor's Assisting School is accredited by the Division of Private Business and Vocational Schools of the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE), Workforce Development offices of WIOA and IETC, National Healthcare Association and Presidents Office of Employment Training (POET) GI Bill (Veterans).

What is the regular class size?
4-12 students

What is the program duration? How often and when during a day classes are offered?
Each program requires 3-4 months. The classes are usually offered on weekends and weekday nights 1-2 times a week, morning classes can be considered by demand.

Who are class instructors?
Our instructors are all professionals in their respective fields and provide a comprehensive and personalized classroom environment. Each instructor has at least 15 years of professional experience.

What supplies are provided by the school?
Every student, upon enrollment gets his/her own textbook, school printed materials, notebook, and the uniform to be worn at the rotation and practices in the dental or medical offices. Those who take medical billing receive a billing software.

What is the employment prospective for school graduates?
Employment of medical and dental assistants is projected to grow 23 percent from 2014 to 2024, much faster than the average for all occupations. The growth of the aging baby-boom population will continue to increase demand for preventive medical services, which are often provided by physicians. As their practices expand, physicians will hire more assistants to perform routine administrative and clinical duties, allowing the physicians to see more patients.

How much time it takes to get a job placement for the school graduates?
Historically, 95% of our graduates were able to get job placement in less than one month.

Does the school provide a placement assistance?
Billing and Doctor's Assisting Inc. does not provide placement assistance services. Billing and Doctor's Assisting Inc. will provide each student with extensive resume assistance. There is also a job board located at the facility where many corporations post job requests.
